To take advantage of this new feature, click on Menu > People. Once in People, click on Add Contact. A pop-up will come up which lets you enter in a contact’s information. When you start typing the name of the contact in the Name field or the Company name, you will notice that RBO is now going to auto-populate the information for you that either existed in RealtyBackOffice or existed in your Gmail account (it will say – Add from Gmail next to the name). Once you select the contact that RBO populated for you, it will populate the rest of the fields in the pop-up. Then, click Save at the bottom right corner.
